Contract of Engagement

LEEP Production Agreement

The Customer/Client/User engages Iconic Productions Pty Limited to provide the selected LEEP package/product and any approved add ons shown in the booking summary. Production scope, scheduling, deliverables, usage rights, and any separately quoted materials or equipment remain subject to the final production schedule and any written approvals.

Where a LEEP package/product does not include a customer copy of the final production, the resulting content will be distributed in accordance with the applicable Iconic Productions program terms. Where a customer copy is included, Iconic Productions Pty Limited retains copyright unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

Additional material, equipment, personnel, production, or other costs identified as subject to quotation will not be charged without the Customer/Client/User's prior approval.

Authority, Accuracy and Acknowledgment

The Customer/Client/User confirms that the information and answers supplied throughout the booking have been provided truthfully and accurately to the best of their knowledge. Information supplied will be treated as private and secure, except where disclosure is required or authorized by law.

Where this Agreement states that a matter is subject to the approval, judgment, or discretion of Iconic Productions Pty Limited or its directors, that matter will be determined by Iconic Productions Pty Limited in accordance with this Agreement and applicable law. Any decision expressly reserved to Iconic Productions Pty Limited or its directors will be final to the extent permitted by law.

Booking Terms and Contractual Documents

By completing and signing this booking, each undersigned person confirms that they have the legal capacity and authority required to enter into this Agreement, are doing so freely and without coercion, have been provided access to, have read and understood its terms, and agree to be bound by the LEEP Production Agreement, Booking Summary, applicable payment arrangement, and the LEEP Booking Terms and Conditions, Purchase, Sale and Contract of Engagement , and intend to be legally bound by them.

LEEP Promotional and Portfolio Use *

Please indicate whether Iconic Productions Pty Limited may use footage, photographs, excerpts, or other production material from this LEEP project for its portfolio, promotional, marketing, advertising, website, social media, showreel, or similar business purposes. Your selection does not affect your ability to proceed with your LEEP project.
